Eligibility
The CBIA Business Expense Disability plan is available to all lawyers and Quebec notaries, under age 65, who are a resident in Canada, and who are engaged in the full-time practice of law. Additionally, you must also be personally responsible for some or all the business expenses associated with your practice.
