Increased Maximum Benefit on Business Expense Disability Plan -Sept.09

The CBIA is pleased to announce that we have increased the maximum benefit available for purchase on our Business Expense Disability plan to $20,000 per month.

Business Expense Disability insurance is an important part of protecting any small firm or sole practice. It lays the groundwork to help ensure that your practice can continue to operate, by providing the income needed to pay your ongoing monthly expenses, if a change in health prevents you from being able to work.

If you are a partner or sole practitioner who is personally responsible for your firm’s expenses, you should consider CBIA Business Expense Disability protection. If you are an existing certificate holder, you may be eligible to apply for additional coverage.
