Expanded Eligibility Requirements for Law Students and New Lawyers

Usually a minimum of 12 consecutive months of income is required to qualify for Disability Insurance. However, if you are a law student, articling student or recent call to the bar without 12 months of income, you may still be eligible to purchase disability income protection through CBIA.
