In light of the ongoing negotiations and current strike situation at Canada Post we would like to remind you of the alternate payment methods that the CBIA offers for your convenience.
• Pre-Authorized Cheque plan (PAC) - We can arrange to withdraw your premium directly from your bank account. You can rest assured that your premium will be collected on time ensuring that your CBIA coverage remains in good standing. You may obtain a PAC form here. Please fax the completed form to CBIA at 1-866-792-5276 along with a VOID sample cheque. You may also scan the form and void cheque and email them to custserv@barinsurance.com.
• Pay through your bank using On-line or Telephone banking– CBIA premiums are accepted by most major banking institutions in Canada. You will find us listed as CBA Insurance or Canadian Bar Insurance Association.
• Pay at your local CBIA Sales Representative’s office – You may drop-off or courier your payment to your local CBIA Sales Representative’s office. The local office will forward payment to our head office in Toronto. Please click here or call 1-800-267-2242 to contact your local Sales Representative.
• Pay at our Toronto Head Office – You may drop-off or courier your payment to our Toronto Head Office at, 5 Park Home Avenue, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M2N 6L4.

Information for Bar Group Customers
The CBIA is excited to announce that you may now pay your Bar Group monthly premium by Pre-Authorized Cheque (PAC) plan. Paying your Bar Group premium has never been easier!
Please click here for the new Bar Group PAC Form. Please fax the completed form to CBIA at 1-866-792-5276 along with a VOID sample cheque. You may also scan the form and void cheque and email it to custserv@barinsurance.com.
